Structured, criteria-based rehab from the day after surgery through to full return to sport or work. I previously spent several years in acute hospital physiotherapy at Brisbane Private Hospital, working mainly with knees and shoulders, and have established working relationships with several of Brisbane’s leading orthopaedic surgeons. That means your rehab stays tightly aligned with your surgeon’s protocol — backed up with the same return-to-play testing used in elite football to confirm you’re truly ready to load the joint again.

Where appropriate, dry needling can settle persistent muscle tension or trigger points and create a window to do the loading work that fixes the underlying problem. Always alongside — never instead of — an active rehab plan.
