I have a keen interest in sports rehabilitation that goes beyond simply treating injuries. With over five years of clinical experience — including elite-level sport and several years in acute hospital physiotherapy at Brisbane Private Hospital — I combine evidence-based physiotherapy with targeted strength work to deliver progressive, performance-driven care. From those hospital days I’ve also kept good connections with a few of Brisbane’s leading orthopaedic surgeons.
Football’s been in my life a lot longer than physio has — I came up through the Brisbane Roar FC youth program as a junior, trained with the senior squad for a period, and was named NPL Young Player of the Year in 2017. It has shaped how I work with footballers today: I’ve sat on the other side of the rehab process and know what it actually feels like.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy training CrossFit and competing in local events — something I’ve been doing for the past three years.
