Clinical records are stored within Halaxy, an Australian healthcare-focused platform compliant with the Privacy Act and the My Health Records Act. Website enquiry submissions are received via email and stored in our email system. Health records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of last service, as required by Queensland health practitioner regulation. Adolescent and child records are retained until the patient reaches the age of 25.
